Our Services to property owners and operators

AD & Co. Limited [The "Company"] is a specialist travel agency and we like to keep things simple. We want you to find holidaymakers by advertising your property in the way that suits you, while you let us take care of everything else. We act as a booking agent, taking instructions from holidaymakers to pass on bookings and reservations through our website and by phone from our office. We deal with the holidaymaker’s initial enquiry, advising the holidaymaker and generally helping the process leading to holidaymakers' decisions to secure a booking. We make the process of letting your property as easy as possible.

The Company websites advertise properties listed by owners, tenants, tour operators and holiday letting agencies. We do not charge any registration or marketing fees. You can submit your property on our website for free and at anytime you like and remove your property at any time. We simply charge a 10% commission plus UK VAT (at the prevailing rate) on any booking we secure for your property and pass the rest of the payment on to you or leave you to collect the remainder of the booking amount directly from the holidaymaker, which ever suits you best. We think that you will agree that our commission should be paid no more that 7 days from the receipt of the holidaymaker’s full balance. Thank you.

The first step you will need to take is to register as an "Advertiser" on this website. Once you register, you will be able to add one or more properties individually. When you register as an Advertiser and submit your property you explicitly agree that should we pass an introduction to you which results in a booking of your property, you agree to authorise the Company to collect 10% plus VAT of the booking amount from the client which will be retained by the Company in consideration of the booking commission.

We reserve editorial control over any content uploaded to the website and will ensure that content is appropriately displayed. Your listings are free at present and it is free to make as many changes to the content and photographs as you like too. We do ask that you keep the content representative of your property and remain responsible for the accuracy of any published content, the images you provide and any service offerings you make. We do not accept liability if information entered into your property pages is inaccurate.

By registering and advertising your property you are confirming that you have read, understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions. You also give the Company permission to use your content and images to advertise your property and you warrant that you have the right to use and display all content. Completion of the registration process will be deemed to be your "signed insertion order".
