Catered Verbier Chalets

One of the joys of going on a Verbier Ski Holiday or indeed any catered chalet holiday, is the feeling of being in a "home away from home" but without all the effort of shopping, cooking and cleaning during your holiday. In fact chalet holidays are famous for having competent and fun chalet staff. When the pioneers of catered chalet holidays started offering such holidays, the chefs were often young and fun but without a great deal of cooking, catering or "cheffing" experience. In more recent times the dining standards in luxury chalets have improved dramatically and holidaymakers can reasonably expect to receive a high level of catering, chalet service and hosting as part of a holiday package.

At Verbier chalets we receive a flow of feedback about the quality of any of the Verbier catered chalets that we advertise. We are entirely invested in knowing how every holiday we organise goes and giving feedback to tour operators and Verbier property owners alike. In so much as catered chalets Verbier are an integral part of any succesful winter holiday, our team will only recommend operators that we can be reasonably certain will employ qualified and experienced chefs.

In a catered chalet Verbier there is however some variety in how the food and catering basis can be organised and there are a few variations to consider. Recently on eof our catered chalet guests let us know that the owner they stayed with in Verbier delivered the best holiday they ever had in Verbier or anywhere in the Alps! High praise and naturally its not something we can guarantee with every corporate or private ski holiday in Verbier....we can try and we do.

So when you are thinking about where to take your next ski trip or even if you have already decided to go to Verbier for the epic skiiing in the 4 valleys, we can always put together a series of options for you to consider. We will look at the whole market in terms of what chalets are available for your dates in any of the locations that might suit you. Once we have some options we can talk you through the service level of the catered chalet, the amenities and naturally what the deal is with the catering.

In some Verbier catered chalets clients leave it all to the chef to decide on the menu plan, provision of wines (if provided by the operator) and subject to any food preferences, intolerances, allergies or religous restrictions, the chef makes all the decisions hence making it very easy to concentrate on enjoying your holiday. Although this suits some holidaymakers, others enjoy a great level of interaction and involvement in menu planning. This is not possible with all catered chalet companies but in general the luxury chalets will enable more involvement in the food and wine selections as well as the day to day decisions around catering.
